Cable assembly is a group of wires or cables arranged into a single unit. Basic on variety needs, a cable assembly is often covered with designated exterior sleeve which provides protection for cables and wires. The purpose of this piece of equipment is to provide the power or transmit informational signals of several different cables, while organizing them in a package that is easier to install, replace and maintain.

The in-house process control includes key workstations of contact attachment such as wire striping, tinning, soldering, crimping, IDC termination and wire wrapping.

Other in-house key workstations include overmolding, four-color ink stamping, ultrasonic welding, UV curing, epoxy sealing, cord coiling and testing.
