Cable assembly is a group of wires or cables arranged into a single unit. The purpose of this piece of equipment is to provide the power or transmit informational signals of several different cables, while organizing them in a package that is easier to install, replace and maintain.

The in-house process control includes key workstations of contact attachment such as wire striping, tinning, soldering, crimping, IDC termination and wire wrapping.

Other in-house key workstations include overmolding, four-color ink stamping, ultrasonic welding, UV curing, epoxy sealing, cord coiling and testing.
